NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Tanger Outlets, the highly-anticipated retail and dining destination just outside of Nashville, is gearing up for its grand opening in just a few weeks. The excitement is palpable as Music City eagerly awaits its newest shopping and dining hotspot.
Mackenzie Reagan, the marketing director for Tanger Outlets Nashville, recently conducted a media tour of the site's ongoing progress. Reagan emphasized that the development, situated conveniently off Interstate 24 in Antioch, is entering its final stages, primarily focusing on enhancing its aesthetics. Vibrant murals are being meticulously painted on the development's walls, lush trees are being planted, and the parking lot is receiving its finishing touches, all contributing to the allure of this brand-new retail hub in the Nashville area.
Inside the stores, the work is still in progress, with retailers busy installing shelves in preparation for the influx of merchandise. The grand opening of Tanger Outlets is scheduled for October 27th, and it promises to cater to a diverse range of shoppers.
Reagan shared, "We have a wide variety of retail partners to cater to everyone's tastes."
The development will house renowned national brands like Nike, Columbia, Old Navy, Crocs, Ralph Lauren, and Bath & Body Works, alongside cherished local stores such as Run It Back, a sneaker shop, and Hollie Ray Boutique.
In addition to a compelling retail lineup, Tanger Outlets Nashville offers a delectable array of food and beverage options, including the beloved Prince's Hot Chicken and Red Bicycle Coffee. Crumbl Cookies is also set to open a store in the complex.
"We're excited to welcome visitors inside. Many have been watching the progress as they drive on I-24 every day. You can see the signs going up and the buildings getting their finishing touches," Reagan expressed. "Being able to open our doors on October 27th and invite everyone in to experience our beautiful stores, and enjoy our food and beverage partners, is truly exciting. We can't wait to have everyone on-site. While there's already a buzz due to the ongoing construction, it will truly come alive when the locals and our shoppers start coming in."
The grand opening celebration at Tanger Outlets will include live music, arts and crafts, and other family-friendly activities. The stores will open their doors at 10 a.m.
"When you step onto this property, it embodies Nashville with its vibrant murals, diverse food and beverage options, and live music," Reagan remarked. "It's going to be Nashville, just a bit outside the city, and that's precisely what we aimed to achieve."
This exciting development overcame a potential disaster in April when an HVAC unit on one of the units caught fire. Thankfully, the Nashville Fire Department swiftly extinguished the blaze.
